The dock has a lighted walkway to the terminal platform and covered lift. Lift is manufactured by Deco Lifts
and has a capacity of 12,000 pounds which will accommodate a vessel 33 foot in length overall, with
a 10.5 foot beam. The terminal platform has a lighted overhead, water, 30A/115V shore
power, and a 20A/115V GFI Receptacle. A flashing yellow hazard to navigation light is located on each outermost
extent of the dock for safety at night. Walkway lighting is operated by two way, on/off switches, on each end of
walkway. Water piping under dock is fitted with four dump valves for bleeding the system down in winter months
and has an isolation valve near the midpoint, which can be used to secure the water flow.
